This application is made available for use solely at your own risk.
You may use the application "as is" for operational, testing, and informational purposes.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS", AND "AS AVAILABLE",
WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECH5 SP. Z O.O.,
ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, TAX OR ACCOUNTING ERRORS, REGULATORY NON-COMPLIANCE,
OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION,
- ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN DATA OR GENERATED FILES,
- INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, OR DELAYS,
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR SECURITY EVENTS.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The application does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
You are solely responsible for verification of all generated documents and compliance
with applicable laws, regulations, and technical standards (including KSeF requirements).

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
- configuration and operation of your environment,
- validation of invoice data and XML outputs before submission,
- secure management of credentials, keys, and access controls,
- compliance with personal data and privacy regulations.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
If the application connects to third-party services (including GUS REGON BIR),
TECH5 Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for availability, correctness, or continuity
of such services, or for effects of their responses.

7. CHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL
TECH5 Sp. z o.o. may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the application
at any time, without notice and without liability.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This disclaimer and license shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.
